Our FREE Push Play Manu sessions are the perfect way to dive into the action, whether you’re a seasoned pro or keen to pop a Manu for the first time. Everyone is welcome – no experience necessary.
Bring your friends, whānau, or even your neighbour —these sessions are open to all ages! Our team will ensure a safe and supportive environment, so you can focus on having fun.

Please note spectator or Z Manu World Champs participation fees might still apply.
